I consider myself an innovator and an advocate for progressive and responsible policy development and reform, believing all decisions should be data-driven and identified through continual measurement and rigorous analysis to ensure products reach and maintain optimal market-fit at all times.

I have been actively involved with the domain industry since 2003, and currently hold the position of Vice President, Product Management - Registry Services at Neustar, Inc. My responsibilities have included the management of the .au Registry Licence Agreement (2010-2018), as well as the ongoing management of the .melbourne, .sydney, .courses, and .study domain name zones.

I was a member of the auDA Board of Directors for 8-years (2009 - 2017) - popularly elected by the Supply Class for four consecutive two-year terms. In the past I have held the position of CEO and other senior roles at established Australian Registrars where I played a valuable leadership role to help shape the .au retail sector in it's formative years.

I was a pioneer of the expired domain name (drop catching & auctions) industry in Australia. From the development of DomainWatch, the first .au drop catching and auction platform, and later as founder of Domain8, a company that was sold to Dark Blue Sea Limited (Fabulous.com) after only 9-months of highly successful operations and market dominance, for AUD2.4M. The company was later renamed to Drop.com.au and still operates today.

Beyond the domain industry, I enjoyed (and still miss) my magazine publishing (print) experience from my time as Executive Director and Publisher of 'Sports Australia - Sports Business' - which was at the time Australia's leading sports business publication editorially focused on sponsorship deals and the 'off the field' business powering and driving athletes and the Australian sports industry.
