Podcast Interview – Ed Keay-Smith

Ed Keay-SmithWelcome to our latest podcast interview. Today I chat to another veteran of the Australian domain industry – Ed Keay-Smith from Perth. From the image above, you could be mistaken for thinking that Ed is a rock star of a different kind!

I so enjoy talking with Ed as he is one of the most positive guys out there. And he loves talking about domains and web development. Hopefully we may be collaborating for some training and speaking engagements later this year.

Ed first started OZDOMAINER.com back in 2007, and over the years he interviewed so many icons from the domain industry. Here is just a sample snapshot from his site (I am so envious!):

These days, Ed’s main business emphasis is elsewhere. Check out the Business Marketing Show to see the other talents of this man.

I hope you enjoy the interview with Ed – it’s about 45 minutes long. The quality on this one is a lot better! 🙂

    Great interview guys. Wise words!

Just had a look at the OzDomainer.com website and it looks awesome! What a great snapshot of the domain industry a few years back! I’ll be listening to a few of those over the coming weeks for sure.

Thanks for the shoutout toward the end too, I’m trying hard!

Keep hitting those drums Ed! Important skills need daily refreshment, as we discussed!

    🙂

@Robert – let me tell you, you’re doing very well.

What was that saying attributed to Gary Player (the famous golfer)?

“The harder I practise; the luckier I get”.

      Thanks Troy.

That is a good interview. One of my other favourites is the one with “Zappy” Zapolin.

      Thanks Troy

The Castello Brothers are top people, very generous with their experiences and wisdom.

I was very happy to also interview Frank Schilling as he does not do many interviews and it was one of the few around at the time.

      Cheers

Great interview so far Ned & Ed.  I’m about half way through; listening to 10 minutes or so each time I jump in the car!

      Hey Shane

      Thanks for listening mate.

Ned has accused me of talking to much, isn’t that the pot calling the kettle black! LOL 🙂

Enjoy the rest of the podcast.
